TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE – GLOWUX

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS:
By accessing and using GLOWUX, the user agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions of use. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the services offered.
2. LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY:
GLOWUX is a platform operated under the personal brand RDGLOW. The institutional email will be the main contact channel.
3. SERVICE DESCRIPTION:
GLOWUX allows users to create and manage their own website to sell physical or digital products through a low-cost digital leasing system. The service is offered through monthly or annual subscriptions and may include a custom domain, subdomain, manual payment gateways, inventory management, multilingual functionalities, and advanced tools depending on the selected template.
4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND USAGE:
To access the services, users must register, provide truthful information, and accept these Terms. The account is personal and non-transferable. Sharing passwords or access credentials is prohibited.
5. PLANS AND PAYMENTS:
Plans can be subscribed to on a monthly or annual basis. The user agrees that:
No refunds will be issued once payment is made.
If the plan is not renewed, the site will be blocked for 7 days.
After 14 days without renewal, all content will be permanently deleted.
6. “SPONSOR A DREAM” PROGRAM:
GLOWUX allows anyone to voluntarily and freely cover the cost of a digital lease for another user’s store. This contribution is intended to support and bring visibility to small businesses and can be made in two ways:
Registered sponsor: A person with an active GLOWUX account who covers the lease cost for another store on a monthly or annual basis.
Anonymous sponsor: A person who contributes without registering, covering the digital lease cost for another store without having an active account. The contribution is made through a designated channel (e.g., form or direct payment).
Both types of sponsors may, if they wish, receive public recognition during the sponsorship period, both on the sponsored store and on GLOWUX.
Contributions made through the “Sponsor a Dream” program do not grant any rights over the entrepreneur's website, including ownership, access, administrative decisions, or commercial benefits.
The anonymous sponsor acts under the principle of good faith, understanding that the contribution is altruistic, with no expectation of return, control, or refund.
GLOWUX reserves the right to verify sponsorship usage and ensure it is solely used to keep the sponsored store active. Sponsorships may not be used for coercion, invasive self-promotion, or creating dependent relationships.
Note: The “Sponsor a Dream” program, including anonymous sponsorship, is governed by the principle of good faith (Article 83 of the Political Constitution of Colombia), assuming the contribution is made with trust in the proper use of resources, without future claims or compensation.
7. PROMOTER PROGRAM:
Anyone can register as a promoter. For each referred user who purchases a plan, the promoter receives up to 10% of the paid amount, as a one-time commission. Payment will be made against an invoice or valid billing document. GLOWUX does not establish an employment relationship or assume tax obligations for promoters.
8. CONTENT AND LEGAL USE:
The user is responsible for the content published on their rented page or website. Use of the platform for illegal activities, offensive content distribution, or violation of third-party rights is prohibited. GLOWUX may suspend or cancel accounts that breach this provision.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:
All trademarks, logos, designs, and software on the GLOWUX platform are the property of RDGLOW or are licensed for its use. Users do not acquire any rights over these assets.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
GLOWUX does not guarantee financial results, automatic ranking, or uninterrupted availability in events beyond its control. It is not responsible for loss of income, data, or reputation derived from the use of the platform.
11. COOKIE AND PRIVACY POLICY:
Use of the platform implies acceptance of our Privacy and Cookie Policy. Essential, performance, and analytics cookies are used to ensure functionality, security, and continuous improvement of the site.
12. CHANGES TO THE TERMS:
GLOWUX reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be published and will take effect once announced on the site.
13. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION:
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. In the event of a dispute, the parties will submit to the jurisdiction of Colombian courts.
